Tarlac: Enjoy At Isdaan Sa Tarlac

Philippines is also known for it's many festivities. In fact, the Isdaan sa Tarlac, known as the floating restaurant of the North, even conceptualized to celebrate every popular festival in their place. I was amazed to see the performers with their Ati-Atihan costumes and I even have a photo opt with them.Lol!
Last New Year, I didn't use fireworks for the first time  for my support of "Save Mother Earth"( they said fireworks get rid off the bad luck), good thing, I visited this place because I need also to recharge my luck power (hehehe!), there's a sign that says; " touch the right hand of Buddha  and make a wish, and after that ring the bell in order that Buddha will grant your wish, hmm..., not bad, why not ? there's no harm in trying! My sister and I made our own wishes...
I wish.....that..
I hope...it will be granted.
Wow! Micky and Minnie was here...
And even Former President Joseph Estrada...but this time, I think my sister need to use her "fan effort".. as we all know, we have a hot weather but as you can see, the Former President is wearing a jacket.
Yeehah! US President and her First Lady was here too..okey, Karen, fine!.. your so close to them!
Too much blah, blah! I almost forgot why we are here in the first place. Sorry for that, I really had  fun with their new stuffs. Well, why we are here? to taste their Barrio Fiesta Pinakbet and their famous Inihaw na Manok with Gata flavor. How can I resists the sumptuous foods of Isdaan sa Tarlac. Indeed,  delicious delicacies are here! I even tried the "itlog na maalat with mango salad and shrimp paste". I cannot say anything with all these flavorful dishes, imagine how their famous Mama Chit passed her secret recipes to her generations.

Christmas in Phils 01: Belenismo In Tarlac

This is the Prayer Before The Belen,
God of every nation and people,
From the very beginning of creation.
You have manifest your love;
When our need for a Savior was great
You sent your Son to be born of the Virgin Mary.
To our lives, He brings joys and peace,
justice, mercy and love.
Lord,
Bless us all who look this manger.
May it reminds us the humble birth of Jesus,
and raise up our thoughts to Him,
who is God-with- us and Savior of all,
And who lives and reigns for ever and ever.
Amen.
Christmas is composed of St. Joseph, Mama Mary and Baby Jesus. Definitely, angels and the 3 Kings are also present. Every Christmas, we see "Belen" anywhere,  but we can see huge Belens in every municipality or church and establishments in the province of  Tarlac.
I love traveling especially if I saw these displays of Belen along the highway of Tarlac. What could be more beautiful than to see the Holy Family.
The hat of cops will make us realize that we can really  lean on them in times of trouble.
A unique Belen from the town of Moncada. Mostly made of indigenous materials.
Noah's Ark inspired Belen by the town of San Manuel.
These are just some of the pictures that I took in my travel. I hope you like it. Merry Christmas!

Floating Restaurant @ Gerona

Isdaan sa Tarlac Restaurant
Location: Along National Highway, Gerona, Tarlac

From La Union, we travelled Clark to fetch my sister at  Diosdado Macapagal International Airport. Since it is a long trip from my place, we dropped at Isdaan sa Tarlac to take a rest and taste their authentic Asian foods.
We are amazed with the place because it is really gorgeous! It seems that we travel to a different country like Thailand. There are so many Buddhas where you can take pictures, and I even made a wish  and rang the bell so that my wish will be granted.  My cousins and I really enjoyed throwing pellets for the fishes too.

Our eyes were also satisfied while watching Filipino folk dancers for their presentations. There are also singers who will serenade your area while you are eating their good foods. And even a masseur will approach you if you want some massage. Just be ready for some Peso or Pesos should I say to tip them.
