Havens of Luna: Baluarte

Baluarte is a historic landmarks in Luna, La Union. The Spaniards built this as their watch tower for impending danger from the sea.
Today, Baluarte is already leaning and  vertically cut in two because of eroded base and foundation, there are cemented posts that supports already on it's side.
Still, a beautiful site for every visitor to capture.
People used to gather pebbles and sell it to traders. They are using these pebbles for constructions and landscaping.
Location:
Luna Watchtower,
Barangay Victoria, Luna, La Union
