Me, my husband and friends love to accompany our "Balikbayan " relatives to Vigan City. Vigan is very rich in culture, that's why it is also one of my favorite destinations. After all, it is acclaimed as one of the world heritage. 
In the plaza of Vigan, there are plenty of calesa where you can hire . One hundred fifty pesos per hour. I am proud to say that the driver itself will be your ever intelligent tour guide. Usually, I convince my visitors to try a calesa ride as they tour the antiquated infrastructure of the city.
